Our team at Visit Worcestershire New Road are here to ensure that a visit to Worcestershire County Cricket Club is a positive experience for everyone.

Our membership and ticketing team are available daily from 9am – 4pm to support customers and solve enquiries.

All of our stewards are fully trained, and work with the needs of our customers to make sure that different and varied needs of all our visitors are catered for to provide a positive experience for everyone who attends our ground.

Access to the Ground

Visit Worcestershire New Road is situated in Worcester city centre allowing easy access for all. You can find out more about getting to the ground here.

On a match day, visitors are greeted at 2 entry points by our friendly stewards: Reception at the front of the building, and the Graeme Hick Pavilion entrance situated halfway down New Road.

At Visit Worcestershire New Road there is access to limited paid Blue Badge parking, which must be booked in advance either online or on the phone. Only a limited number of spaces are available. Please do not arrive at the ground without pre-booked accessible parking as you may not be able to park.

Getting Around The Stadium

We have step-free access and lifts to key areas, including:

  • The View (Levels 2 & 3)

Wheelchair-friendly toilets are located throughout the ground. These facilities are clearly signposted and easily accessible.
