Creating a Calmer, More Inclusive Matchday Experience for SEND Visitors
We’re proud to launch a new initiative designed to make match days more accessible and enjoyable for all.
Visitors with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) can now enter the ground 30 minutes before gates open to the general public, giving them a chance to acclimatise and explore in a quieter, calmer setting.
Guided Ground Tour
Early Stadium Entry
As part of this initiative, ticket holders will be offered a guided tour of the ground, helping to build familiarity and reduce sensory overload before the excitement begins.
Whether it’s a first-time visit, or a regular fixture in your calendar, we want everyone to feel confident, comfortable, and part of the experience.
