Currently a Partner at L.E.K. Consulting’s London office, Sej is a member of the Life Sciences & Pharma practice. His work spans various client types, including large-cap global companies, midcap/specialty players, and financial sponsors such as hedge funds and private equity funds. He specialises in franchise/product strategy, growth strategy, business development/transaction support, commercial excellence, and organisational effectiveness.
Prior to joining L.E.K., Sej held roles at Monitor Group and Deloitte, focusing on corporate and commercial strategy across the life sciences, consumer goods, and niche industrial sectors. He holds a Master of Business Administration with Distinction from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts, with distinction, in Economics and International Relations from Tufts University.
