Worcestershire County Cricket Club are pleased to announce the appointment of Sej Brar as a Non-Executive Director. Sej brings nearly two decades of business and management consulting experience, with a focus on corporate strategy, investment advisory, and organisational performance improvement. His sectoral experience spans life sciences, mixed-use real estate, consumer, and industrials.
Currently a Partner at L.E.K. Consulting’s London office, Sej is a member of the Life Sciences & Pharma practice.
His work spans various client types, including large companies, mid/small cap companies, and financial sponsors (e.g., private equity and venture capital).
Prior to joining L.E.K., Sej held roles at the Monitor Group and at Deloitte, focusing on corporate and commercial strategy.
He holds a Master of Business Administration with Distinction from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts, with Distinction, in Economics and International Relations from Tufts University.
A life-long cricket fan, on his appointment, Sej commented: “I am honoured to join the board of Worcestershire County Cricket Club, a club steeped in history and characterised by a welcoming and friendly environment.
