At Worcestershire County Cricket Club, we are on an Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion journey. Over the last 3 years, our “Severn Way” has inspired all areas of the organisation to focus on EDI and undertake work to apply our values. We are proud of our achievements but know there is always more that can be done.
