It lifted them to 25 points, just four behind Birmingham Bears with the top two being Norfolk and Cambridgeshire.
The Rapids opening two fixtures against Birmingham Bears and Shropshire at Halesowen were washed out.
They are next in T20 action on July 28, away to Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire in another double header.
