context: roughly 2 days per week for wccc; 3 days per week for wcb but this will flex from time to dependent upon the needs of the business

this exciting new position will be responsible for working to ensure worcestershire cricket collectively delivers game-wide growth and sustainability over the next 5 year period. responsible for execution and oversight of our strategy in ensuring worcestershire says “cricket is a game for me”. this post will be a split role of 2 days working as the lead of the county partnership agreement for worcestershire ccc and 3 days on being the lead executive as cricket development director for worcestershire cricket board.
worcestershire cricket board are responsible for the recreational game and the worcestershire county cricket club, are responsible for the professional game and venue. having neared completion of our new strategy entitled “inspiring generations” we are looking for an experienced leader who has a demonstrable track record of influencing key decision makers within and outside of the game. we are seeking someone who has a proven track record of delivering growth in the sports and charitable sector.
