Worcestershire Seconds are in action for the penultimate time this season when they take on Surrey at Guildford School beginning tomorrow.
The Seconds squad includes Alex Milton, Josh Dell and Adam Finch who have all played first team cricket this summer.
Keeper Milton played in the County’s last Specsavers County Championship match against Northamptonshire at Wantage Road.
He skippered the Seconds last week versus Glamorgan at Monmouth School and will again lead the side against Surrey.
Dell and Finch have been selected for six and four County Championship appearances respectively this summer in their first taste of senior action.
Nick Hammond will be looking to return to the form which brought him Second Eleven Championship centuries against Leicestershire and Durham before a spell on the side-lines through injury.
The Seconds will wind up their 2019 campaign next week when they take on Hampshire in a three-day fixture at Kidderminster (September 9 to 11).
