George Rhodes completed his second century in the last three Second Eleven matches for Worcestershire in the drawn two-day friendly encounter with home side Loughborough MCCU.
Rhodes had scored his first ton for the second team when making 130 against Northamptonshire at Kidderminster in the penultimate game of last season.
This time Rhodes made 103 off 164 balls with two sixes and 14 fours before retiring out.
Worcestershire had resumed on 50-2 in reply to Loughborough's first innings total of 232 with Rhodes on 18 and Alex Hepburn nought.
The third wicket pair extended their stand to 116 before Hepburn, who had taken three wickets yesterday, was adjudged lbw for 57.
Ed Barnard came to the wicket and shared in a stand of 49 with Rhodes who went to three figures and immediately retired out at 210-4.
Barnard followed up his 4-46 after sharing the new ball by striking several boundaries after tea before edging Aitizaz Khan to first slip after making 39.
Three academy players in Nick Hammond, Ollie Westbury and Ben Twohig chipped in with useful runs before a declaration at 300-7 ended the game.
Westbury had come in for paceman Graeme Whiles who injured his ankle in the warm-up session on the opening day.
