5. To re-elect Mr Phil Neale OBE as President as recommended by the Board.
6. To re-elect David Baker as a non-executive Director.
7. To confirm Dominic Riley and Charlotte Thornton-Smith as Elected Directors.
8. To seek the approval of the Meeting for the appointment of Sej Brar as an Additional Director in accordance with Rule 17.4
9. Amendment of Club Rules:
– Incorporation of amendments approved at AGM on 23 March 2022
– Incorporation of gender-neutral language in the Club Rules as per ECB Governance Framework.
– Amend Rule 16.2 and increase the number of Honorary Life Vice-Presidents from 15 to 20.
10. To elect Mr Paul Pridgeon as an Honorary Life Vice President, and to elect Mr Fanos Hira as an Honorary Life Vice-President as recommended by the Members at last year’s AGM.
11. To seek the approval of the Meeting for the appointment of Tim Jones as an Honorary Life Member.
12. To seek approval to reappoint Thorne Widgery as the Club’s auditor
13. To address any other business of which notice has been given and approved for discussion by the Chair of the meeting.
The club’s Annual General Meeting will take place on Monday 31 March, at 7:00pm, in the Graeme Hick Pavilion at Visit Worcestershire New Road. Members will have the opportunity to discuss the Annual Report and hear from key club officials, including Chair Dominic Riley and CEO Ashley Giles.
The AGM will be followed by an update from CEO Ashley Giles on the sustainability of the Club’s Visit Worcestershire New Road ground.
