LIMITED EDITION MATCH SHIRTS TO BE AUCTIONED FOR ST RICHARD’S HOSPICE

Place a bid and support the work carried out in the local community by our Official Charity Partner.

Signed match shirts from our Vitality Blast fixture against Leicestershire Foxes on Sunday 27 June are now available to bid for via our online charity auction.

As part of Morgan Motor Company’s partnership with Worcestershire CCC, the sponsor’s logo on the front of the team’s shirts for the match is to be replaced to raise awareness for St Richard’s Hospice.

Each shirt is individually signed by the players and offered unwashed to make them a truly unique collector’s item. Funds raised from the auction will go directly towards St Richard’s Hospice – the Club’s 2021 Official Charity Partner.

Lots include the shirts worn by Rapids captain Ben Cox and overseas stars Ish Sodhi and Ben Dwarshuis.Visit our auction page for the complete list of items on offer.

The auction is open now and runs until 10pm on Sunday 11 July, and to place a bid on the items, members and supporters can bid online at wccc.co.uk/auction. You must be registered with the online Club Shop to place a bid. Users can set in new accounts in just a few short moments.

Worcestershire CCC has several initiatives planned throughout the year to help raise funds and the Worcestershire-based charity profile.

The generous gesture from The Morgan Motor Company comes in direct response to a challenging year for St Richard’s Hospice, who have missed out on a large amount of expected income due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Despite these challenges, St Richard’s Hospice has continued to support many people in need across Worcestershire.

By placing a bid, you are supporting this invaluable work.

David Hoskins, Worcestershire CCC’s Head of Commercial and Operations, said: “Once again thanks to Morgan Motor Company for their tremendous generosity re the shirts and St. Richard’s Hospice for Sunday’s game.

“Now the members and supporters can play their part in helping this tremendous hospice by bidding for the shirts that will be worn by the Rapids against Leicestershire.

“It will be a unique opportunity to own one of these shirts and help fund St. Richard’s Hospice so they can continue their amazing work and support with the local community.”
