Worcestershire County Cricket Club is saddened to announce the death of Jean Kenyon on Saturday 15th May 2021.
Mrs Kenyon was the wife of Don Kenyon who led Worcestershire CCC to its first Championship win in 1964. Our thoughts are with her family and friends.
We now have a date for Jean’s funeral. The service will be at 11:30 am on Tuesday 22nd June at Worcester Crematorium.
It is not clear whether numbers will be restricted at the service. We would therefore like to know if people are intending to come to the crematorium. Could they please do this by emailing her daughter Sue on sue@martinjackson.net.
Family flowers only but if you would like to make a donation, her favourite charities were the Royal Voluntary Service (formerly WRVS) or the RNLI. There will be a box provided at the service, or you can send donations directly to the charities if preferred.
