Cullen put on 113 for the first wicket with Brodie Rimmer (39) and added a further 66 for the second wicket with Campbell Vadlja (36).
He was eventually second out with the total on 179 but had put Woodville in the driving seat to complete a memorable victory.

But his efforts this weekend proved in vain as Green Point, who were set a 241 target in 50 overs, were dismissed for 195 in 42.1 overs.
Roderick went in at number three at 9-1 and struck two sixes and five fours in his 95-ball knock.
He was eventually last out but the next highest score was 31 as Green Point, who were 142-4 at one stage, slipped to a fourth defeat in six games.
