Worcestershire Academy drew their three-day Tri-Series fixture with Leicestershire at Uppingham School after the final day was washed out.
The visitors had thrown the game open to try and obtain a positive result by declaring 94 runs behind on first inning.
Leicestershire responded by extending their advantage to 238 by the close of the second day but heavy rain ended hopes of setting up a run chase for Worcestershire.
The home county were put into bat and scored 297-6 declared in their first innings.
Opener Nicholas Green scored 111 with three sixes and 11 fours before he was third out, bowled by Mitchell Stanley.
Stanley bowled very tightly throughout the game and ended the first innings with figures of 18-10-24-2.
There were also two wickets for Josh Baker (17-3-60-2) and one for Dan Holland (10-4-17-1).
Holland then made a sizeable contribution with the bat alongside Academy captain Peter Clark.
The pair put on 134 for the second wicket.
Clark made 77 off 154 balls with nine balls and was second out at 162 – one of four wickets to fall for two runs.
Holland followed at the same total for 54 from 124 deliveries with eight boundaries.
But an unbeaten 26 from Joe Miszkowski helped Worcestershire to reach 203-6 before declaring.
George Marshall struck an early blow in Leicestershire’s second innings in dismissing first innings century Green (2) lbw with just three runs on the board.
Ajay Khunti (74 not out) and Chris Yates (64 not out) added an unbroken 141 by the close.
Marshall finished with 9-2-37-1 and Stanley 10-5-11-0 which gave him match figures of 28-15-35-2.
