Worcestershire trio Tom Fell, Josh Dell and Jacques Banton are being released at the end of the 2022 season on the expiry of their contracts.
Worcestershire Cricket Steering Group Chairman, Paul Pridgeon, confirmed the departure of the three players.
He said: “The decision was made to release Tom and Josh and Jacques, and we wish them all the very best in their future careers, whatever they may be, hopefully still inside cricket.
“You hope they get opportunities with other clubs. It’s always very difficult when you have to release players, and the coaching staff don’t take it lightly.
“It is very disappointing for those players, but, at the end of the day, we have felt one or two players have come in and gone past them a little bit.”
Fell, 28. played 97 first class matches and scored 4485 runs and 1541 List A runs, and successfully battled back from testicular cancer.
Dell, 24, featured in seven first class and six List A games and has been unfortunate with injuries during the past 12 months.
Banton, 21, appeared in three Royal London Cup matches last season and one Vitality Blast game this summer.
