the interview highlights…
- the delight of everyone at the club that cricket will be played from 1st august 2020.
- county chairman are set to vote on schedule and format next week, with worcestershire ccc having a strong preference for a mix of red and white ball cricket if possible.
- the current working assumption being that cricket will be played behind closed doors.
- members who have switched their membership to the exclusive 2020 membership will get free access to the digital subscription package. this includes live streaming of all non-televised fixtures at New Road.
- if restrictions ease later in the season, members will get priority to access New Road.
- the frustration of not playing cricket after the excellent work of skeleton staff to get the ground at blackfinch new road back into very good condition following extensive flooding earlier in the year.
- excitement of the players returning to training.
