MORE FREE CRICKET FOR MEMBERS ADDED TO 2023 RECIPROCAL AGREEMENTS

Worcestershire members will have the bonus of watching Gloucestershire, Nottinghamshire, and, for the first time, Hampshire’s home LV=Insurance County Championship matches for FREE this summer as part of their membership benefits.

A reciprocal arrangement means Gloucestershire, Nottinghamshire and Hampshire’s members can view LV=Insurance County Championship games at New Road during 2023.

It is another incentive to take out a Worcestershire membership, and you can find details of the various membership packages on the official club website by clicking here.

The only exemptions to this agreement are the LV=Insurance County Championship games between the three counties.

But it means members from all three counties will have additional opportunities to continue to watch live first class cricket throughout 2023 if they cannot follow their own respective teams away from home.

The agreement with Gloucestershire means Worcestershire members can watch games at Cheltenham College and Bristol.

David Hoskins, Worcestershire’s Head of Commercial and Operations, said: “We have a really exciting programme of LV=Insurance County Championship cricket at New Road being played throughout the summer for our members to look forward to this year.

“But when we are playing away, and members cannot make what are sometimes lengthy journeys, then this reciprocal scheme offers an opportunity to watch more Championship cricket closer to home or at grounds they may not have visited before.

“We are also aware how much away supporters love coming to New Road with its iconic setting, and Gloucestershire, Nottinghamshire and now Hampshire members have the opportunity under this scheme.

“The more people who can be attracted to watching more cricket, the better.”
