Worcestershire Rapids will continue their build-up to the start of the Vitality Blast with many of their players in action for the Seconds in a T20 match with Somerset at New Road tomorrow (11am start).
It will be their final match action before Wednesday’s Blast opener against Yorkshire Vikings at Headingley.
Several of the squad also featured in last Tuesday’s encounter against Glamorgan in a Seconds T20 at New Road.
They also put in a full-scale practice session this morning of T20 hitting and bowling whilst continuing to make the transition from six weeks of LV=Insurance County Championship cricket.
They will then undertake the drive to Yorkshire tomorrow afternoon on completion of the Seconds match for the first of four away games in eight days.
