Reeve Evitts picked up four wickets as Worcestershire Seconds bowled out Gloucestershire for 95 and enforced the follow-on during day two of the Second Eleven Championship match at Kidderminster.
The home side made up for lost time after morning rain and dismissed their opponents in just 35.1 overs in reply to their first innings total of 320.
Academy member Evitts, 17, finished with 4-11 from 5.1 overs and there were two wickets apiece for Ben Gibbon and Mitchell Stanley.
Gloucestershire reached 8-0 from 6.2 overs in their second innings when bad light ended play for the day.
Play did not get underway until 1.55pm but the Worcestershire bowlers were soon amongst the wickets.
Adam Finch made the first breakthrough when Ollie Price (6) was caught at third slip with 20 on the board.
His new ball partner, Gibbon, also enjoyed an early success as George Scott (16) was caught behind off a delivery angled across him.
Stanley struck twice in three overs with Ian Cockbain (14) caught off a leading edge at backward point and Ben Wells (4) falling to a fine low catch by captain Taylor Cornall at second slip.
There was no respite for the Gloucestershire line-up and three more wickets fell in the space of six deliveries.
Evitts won two lbw decisions against Will Naish (7) and Gloucestershire captain Jack Taylor (19) and then Tom Boorman (1) lost his off stump to Cameron Jones.
Gloucestershire went into tea on 71-7 and Evitts returned to pick up a third wicket with Luke Charlesworth (11) also leg before.
Gibbon beat the defensive push of Ahmed Syed (3) who was comprehensively bowled before Evitts polished off the innings as Joseph Davies (2) departed to a fine catch by Finch moving around to mid-on.
Evitts had figures of 5.1-1-11-4, Gibbon 11-3-28-2, Finch 9-3-22-1, Stanley 4-1-12-2 and Jones 6-0-21-1.
