Worcestershire Rapids Vitality Blast captain, Moeen Ali, is playing for Northern Warriors in the Abu Dhabi T10 League.
Moeen will again be competing in the UAE after helping England to reach the semi-finals of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup only a week ago.
It is his second spell in the T10 tournament and in 2019 he played six matches for Team Abu Dhabi.
His Warriors team-mates will include Chris Jordan, Imran Tahir, Samit Patel and Reece Topley.
The Warriors open their campaign this afternoon against Delhi Bulls and then tomorrow (Saturday) take on Team Abu Dhabi.
Next up on Sunday will be the Bangla Tigers and then the Warriors will face Deccan Gladiators on Tuesday and Chennai Braves the following day.
All matches will be played in the Sheikh Zayed Stadium with the top four going through to Qualifiers and Eliminators with the final being held on December 4.
