MOEEN LOOKING TO CONTINUE FINE FORM IN ENGLAND DECIDER AT OLD TRAFFORD

Moeen Ali will be looking to continue his fine form when England face Pakistan in their T20I decider at Emirates Old Trafford tomorrow (Tuesday) after playing a big part in their series-levelling win at Emirates Headingley.

The Worcestershire Rapids captain struck a quickfire 36 and then picked up two wickets in the 45 run success.

Moeen came to the wicket at 18-2 and hit six fours and a six off just 16 deliveries in adding 67 with captain Jos Buttler.

He despatched Shadab Khan for four and then a six over wide long-on from successive deliveries.

Moeen was eventually caught at mid-off against the bowling of Mohammed Hasnain as England eventually totalled 200 all out in 19.5 overs.

He soon made an impact with the ball with two wickets in the space of four deliveries.

Jonny Bairstow caught Mohammed Hafeez (10) on the legside boundary, and Fakhar Zaman (8) came down the pitch and was bowled by a brilliant turning delivery from the spinner.

Moeen finished with 2-32, and Pakistan were restricted to 155-9.
