A Worcestershire CCC XI, comprising a mixture of professionals and Academy-pathway players, will take on Shropshire CC at Bridgnorth tomorrow (Sunday) in a 50 over encounter.
Ross Whiteley will captain the side – a role he has occupied with the Second Eleven so far this summer.
The all-rounder has been in excellent form with the bat and scored a century against Lancashire Seconds at Southport.
Josh Dell, Alex Milton, Adam Finch and Mitchell Stanley are the other four pros who will be part of the squad.
Milton, who has strung together a series of consistent scores for the Seconds, will be behind the stumps, although another wicket-keeper is included in the squad in Henry Cullen.
