He’s bonkers! Ivan Brackenbury’s fantastic ‘Hospital Radio Roadshow’, complete with inappropriate records and bungled cues, is now a regular fixture on the live circuit. A daft, inept yet adorable radio DJ takes you on a hilarious broadcasting journey. This is a unique, wonderfully brilliant show, guaranteed to make you cry with laughter.
The show took the highest accolade at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival where The Times comedy critic declared it ‘the funniest show at the Fringe’.
Ivan’s outside broadcast for the patients of a hospital radio station captures all the fun and excitement you’d expect from being in a hospital, with games, giveaways, patients requests and his special blend of music and chat. Wickedly funny.

Jo Enright
Most recently seen playing the part of ‘Angela’ in ITV Sitcom The Job Lot, Jo Enright has starred alongside Steve Coogan in I’m Alan Partridge and with Peter Kay in Phoenix Nights. Other recent comedy roles include in BBC Two Sitcom Lab Rats playing the part of Cara and on BBC/HBO’s Life’s Too Short as Warwick Davis’ wife, Sue.

For more than a decade now the highly acclaimed comedienne Jo Enright has crafted a unique style of stand-up comedy. As well as accepting numerous invitations to perform it both on television and radio, Jo also thrives on live theatre performances, for which she has won several comedy awards including the 2002 Chortle Award for ‘The Best Female Circuit Comic.’ and 2001 Best Female on the Jongleurs Comedy Circuit award.

Tony Vino
Preston’s very own funnyman. Tony Vino (**** The Scotsman) has been touring the comedy scene since early 2005. Well aware of social and political issues he mixes friendly well thought out observational humour with audience interaction and quick-witted responses. A finalist in 2006 Funny Bones competition, Tony has enjoyed recognition as a comedian and comedy compere of renown. His life and interests are wide-ranging, and so is the subject matter he weaves together on stage.
