To provide a high-performance environment that supports advanced skill development, competitive excellence, and personal growth, preparing players for senior County squads (Tier 2 and 3), Emerging Player Programme (EPP), and Tier 1 Academies.

Batting
All the previous batting skills
Understand their batting role/s within the team
Confidently execute shot preferences vs seam and spin – rotating strike and finding boundaries
Build confidence in changing positions/guards at the crease to counteract various bowler types and conditions
Bowling
All the previous bowling skills
Executive bowling plans
Confidently execute variations under pressure situations
Understand their bowling role/s within the ream
Fielding
All the previous fielding skills
Confident in diving and rolling
Develop 2-3 individual specialist individual fielding positions
Wicket Keeping
All the previous wicket keeping skills
Confidently support with angles of field placements
Communicate with captain/bowlers on pitch conditions, batters strengths and weaknesses
Confidently stand up to slow seamers and spinners
Develop standing up to slightly quicker bowlers as a tactic to keep batters in their crease
Game Sense

Confidently analyse the game situation, and communicate plans based on the analysis
