Worcestershire’s batting heroes against Australia in Alex Milton and Charlie Morris are part of the Seconds squad for the four-day friendly with Warwickshire at Portland Road, Edgbaston beginning tomorrow (11am start).
Milton scored a superb 74 to boost his chances of more first team involvement during the finale to the campaign.
He will keep wicket and captain the Seconds against their local rivals.
Paceman Morris scored his maiden first class half century against the tourists attack including Mitchell Starc and Josh Hazlewood.
A total of six players who faced Australia will take on Warwickshire with Milton and Morris joined by Josh Dell, Jack Haynes, Josh Tongue and Adam Finch.
The Seconds still have 14 days action to look forward to after the end of their competitive programme before the curtain comes down on the 2019 season.
