Worcestershire Seconds will hope for better weather when they return to RGS Worcester's Flagge Meadow ground tomorrow for the start of the Second Eleven Championship clash with Derbyshire.
Coach Kevin Sharp's side were frustrated by the elements at the same venue last week when only 45 overs were possible on the opening two days of the drawn Championship match with MCC Universities.
Alex Gidman will continue his comeback from concussion suffered during the LV = County Championship match with Nottinghamshire at Trent Bridge.
Tom Kohler-Cadmore, who played in the LV = County Championship win over Hampshire and been a key part of the NatWest T20 Blast side, is included.
Ed Barnard will also join the squad after not making the final eleven against Yorkshire in the LV = CC match at Scarborough which got underway today.
Alex Kervezee will captain the side which gained an impressive win over Yorkshire and then drew with Nottinghamshire before the MCC Universities rain-ruined encounter.
Play gets underway on all three days at 11am.
