Women’s Rapids players chosen for the Hundred

Worcestershire Women’s Rapids all-rounder, Ellie Anderson, is returning to the Hundred this summer with a different franchise.

The England Under-19 player has been chosen for the fourth edition of the tournament by London Spirit.

Last year Anderson was part of the Southern Brave squad.

Anderson, who made her Worcestershire debut in 2018, is currently on loan to Western Storm from Central Sparks where she was part of the academy from 2021-2023.

She is one of three Worcestershire players who will participate in the Hundred alongside Charis Pavely and Emily Arlott.

Pavely, also an England Under-19 player, played three games last summer for Birmingham Phoenix.

She made her county debut in 2021 and was also a member of the Sparks Academy for three years.

The vastly experienced Arlott has appeared in all three previous versions of the Hundred and was the Phoenix leading wicket-taker in 2022.

The Central Sparks player made her Worcestershire debut more than a decade ago.
