In accordance with Rule 19.4, the Nominations Commitee reports that at the closing date for nominations to the Board (the first working day of December) the serving directors David Manning and Emma Hallam – who are both eligible for re-election – had indicated their wish to continue.
Additionally, member David Williams had put forward an application to be considered by the Nominations Committee. Given that there are three places to be filled, if Mr Williams is recommended by that body, all three candidates will go forward to the 2023 AGM for approval. This date will be announced early in the New Year.
