To mark the start of the 2024 season, we are inviting members and supporters to lend a hand helping on Wednesday 15th May to get New Road ready for the new season. After a unprecedented winter, with eight floods on the ground, cricket is set to return to our iconic home this month.
Central Sparks take on Sunrisers on Sunday 19th May before a Vitality County Championship clash against Nottinghamshire from Friday 24th – Monday 27th and then a Vitality Blast home opener against Lancashire on Friday 31 May.
We’re asking for supporters to join a number of staff to offer a hand, including washing seats and wiping down fencing, to give our ground a spring clean.
