It is a surefire sign that the new cricket season is not far away when the Worcestershire CCC membership cards for 2015 arrive at New Road and start being processed and distributed.
Ticketing and Membership Manager Amy Francetti and staff are working flat out this week to ensure that members should receive their cards by the end of the month.
There are more cards to process than in 2014 thanks to rise in membership for the county's 150th Anniversary Year and life back in Division One of the LV = County Championship.
It is now less than eight weeks to the opening Championship match with Yorkshire at New Road beginning on Sunday, April 12.
Francetti said: "We've just received the membership cards so we are going through the process of despatching them as quickly as we can.
"It is quite a big job with so many members and a great response to membership for our 150th year. We are diligently working our way through the cards.
"We've already sold more premium memberships than we did in 2014 so that's a great benchmark.
"Hopefully, with just under two months to go, we can break the targets for last year.
"We've got the vast majority of the life memberships and the club memberships done so hopefully they will start arriving by the end of the month."
