HANNAH HARDWICK JOINS TRENT ROCKETS

Worcestershire Rapids pace bowler Hannah Hardwick has joined the Trent Rockets for the remainder of The Hundred tournament.

Hardwick becomes the sixth Worcestershire Rapids player to participate in this year’s women’s Hundred, following Rapids Captain Chloe Hill (London Spirit) and all-rounder Charis Pavely (Birmingham Phoenix), pace bowler Emily Arlott (Birmingham Phoenix), batter Ami Campbell (Manchester Originals) & all-rounder Ellie Anderson (Southern Brave).

The Right-arm fast bowler joined the Worcestershire Emerging Player Programme in 2019, and has also been involved regionally with Central Sparks, which is co-owned by Worcestershire and Warwickshire for the past three years.

Commenting, Worcestershire CEO Ashley Giles stated, “It’s great to see a sixth Rapids player being picked up for The Hundred.

“It’s a great opportunity for Hannah to test herself in a different environment and develop her skills further.

“All at the Club wish her the best of luck and look forward to watching her in action.”
