Worcestershire CCC Academy will make the trip to take on Ombersley CC in the quarter-finals of the Birmingham and District Premier League Graham Williamson Trophy on Sunday (April 16).
The Academy and their opponents both went through to the last eight on the toss of a coin after the recent poor weather meant their fixtures with Berkswell and Moseley, respectively, were abandoned.
The winners will take on holders Smethwick, who defeated the Academy in last year’s final at New Road, or Barnards Green in the semi-finals.
Joe Stanley will captain a 12-strong Academy squad, with Seth Essenhigh keeping wicket.
The Academy will be hoping to get out into the middle as their two matches with Shrewsbury School this week were also called off because of the elements.
Play will get underway at 12.30pm at Ombersley in the 40 overs per side fixture.
In the other half of the draw, Barnt Green will entertain Knowle and Dorridge, while Wolverhampton will play host to Leamington.
