Worcestershire will launch their Second Eleven Championship programme in mid May with an away three-day clash with Northamptonshire.
The county will make the trip to Campbell Park, Milton Keynes for the fixture beginning on May 12.
But Worcestershire have several friendly second eleven matches prior to that date – including six days cricket at New Road.
They will take on visiting Somerset 2nds at the county's headquarters on March 31-April 1 and play host to Middlesex 2nds at the same venue on April 21 for a four-day game.
The first home Second Eleven Championship fixture is against Leicestershire at Kidderminster starting on June 8.
The fixtures have been reorganised this season to try and avoid overlaps with any NatWest T20 Blast matches for which anyone in second team action may be required.
As a result Second Eleven Championship games will often begin on a Monday, followed by a Second Eleven Trophy or T20 match on the Thursday – with the first team T20 Blast matches taking place on Fridays.
The second eleven ended 2014 on a high note with a trio of victories in three-day matches against Middlesex at Radlett, Northants at Kidderminster and Hampshire at New Road.
