Worcestershire Emerging Performance Programme X1 (EPP) went down by seven wickets to the South and West Under-15s in a 50 over match at Great Rissington.
The EPP side won the toss and elected to bat and totalled 146 all out in 48 overs.
Ollie Waddington and Jack Clement did the early damage for the South and West with two wickets apiece in reducing EPP to 46-4.
Xavier Clarke (32) and Dan Holland (24) then steadied the innings with a stand of 44 to take the EPP to 90-4.
But they then lost wickets at regular intervals and Jarryd Wallace cleaned up the lower order with three wickets.
The South and West launched their reply and openers Marcus Critchley (46) and Joe Drywell (27) both retired not out.
Peter Clarke picked up two wickets for EPP but the South and West reached their target in 35.2 overs.
