Wondering what to buy for Christmas which is only just over a month away?
Then why not invest in one of the engraved bricks on the Worcestershire Way as part of the 150th Anniversary Walk as the perfect present for the festive season.
Visitors to New Road would have seen the impressive array of bricks already in place on the Worcestershire Way which runs parallel to New Road itself and leads up to the entrance of The View.
This dedicated walkway offers members and supporters the chance to make their mark and be part of both the history and future of the club via personalising the brick with whatever name, message or dedication they decide upon.
The first block of bricks were in place for the opening match of the 2015 season and it is hoped the next batch will be ready to be laid in the near future – so get your order in now!
They come in four different sizes ranging from £60 to £500 in price – the single Worcestershire clay paver, the double Worcestershire clay paver, the Foster stone african red granite and D'Oliveira stone emerald green pearl granite.
The single Worcestershire consists of two lines of black engraving (up to 15 characters per line), the double Worcestershire four lines of gold engraving (up to 15 per line), the Foster stone three lines of gold engraving (up to 15 per line) and the D'Oliveira stone four lines of gold engraving (up to 18 per line).
Order forms can be obtained from New Road and should be returned with your cheque or credit card details to Paul Biggerstaff, Worcestershire County Cricket Club, The County Ground, New Road, Worcester.
