Gloucestershire resumed on 172-3 and added 54 runs for one wicket before captain Graeme van Buuren declared.
Worcestershire were set a target of 301 from 84 overs and had reached 51-4 from 14 overs when the elements intervened.
In addition, Club Captain Brett D’Oliveira had retired through injury after being struck by a delivery from Marchant de Lange.
Worcestershire’s points tally consisted of five for a share of the spoils and three bowling points.
