Worcestershire Rapids have included three new signings in their squad for tomorrow’s National Counties Showcase encounter with Wales at Sudbrook CC.
Left arm pace bowler Hishaam Khan, right arm fast medium bowler Tommy Sturgess and slow left arm spinner Tom Hinley have all been included in the 13 strong squad.
Hishaam, aged 24, is part of the South Asian Cricket Academy and is the third product to play for Worcestershire after Kashif Ali and Yadvinder Singh.
He has recently been playing Seconds cricket for Derbyshire and National Counties cricket for Staffordshire.

Sturgess, 26, has been trialling with Kent Seconds and the Truro born player has made the switch from Cornwall to Berkshire to play National Counties cricket this summer.
Hinley, 21, played one County Championship game for Sussex three years ago against Leicestershire.
He has been impressing with a series of consistent performances for Worcestershire Seconds and is currently studying at Loughborough University.
A young Worcestershire squad will be captained by Metro Bank One Day Cup captain, Jake Libby.
First teamers Ed Pollock and Rob Jones are also included alongside up and coming talent such as pace duo Harry Darley and Jack Home.
Darley played four Vitality Blast matches while Home made his debut in Thursday’s home encounter with Derbyshire Falcons and picked up the wicket of Aneurin Donald.
Academy duo, Ben Clarke and Ben Clements, are also part of the squad.
