Worcestershire’s fine form across all three formats during 2023 means they have already equalled their highest number of wins in a season for four years with still a sizeable chunk of the current season remaining.
They have so far been victorious in a total of 18 games comprising eight in the Vitality Blast, 6 in the Metro Bank One Day Cup and 4 in the LV=Insurance County Championship.
It enabled them to reach the quarter-finals of the Blast and the One Day Cup in addition to currently being in the second promotion spot in the County Championship.
Worcestershire last won 18 games in a season in 2019 when they came out on top in nine Blast, six One Day Cup and three Championship fixtures.
They have the opportunity to surpass that figure in 2023 with a trio of Championship games remaining.
Worcestershire return to red ball action with the top three home clash against Glamorgan starting on Sunday (September 3).
