At WCCC, after a couple of players displayed mild flu-like symptoms, they are self-isolating. WCCC have taken precautionary measures for all players, support team and staff.
WCCC is following Government guidelines, and our medical team is working very closely with ECB experts advising on the COVID-19 pandemic.
The physical and mental wellbeing of our staff is paramount.
At this stage it is unclear what the implications are for cricket going forward. We are in dialogue with the ECB as are all other first class counties.
We would hope to be in a position to update further at the end of this week.
