The start of Worcestershire Rapids NatWest T20 Blast clash with Durham Jets at New Road today has been delayed by the weather.
.Heavy overnight and morning rain meant play could not get underway in the televised encounter at the scheduled time of 2.30pm.
But the umpires will make an inspection at 3pm and the encouraging news is that the weather forecast is more optimistic for the remainder of the day.
The Rapids will be seeking a fourth successive victory after last night's five wicket win over Leicestershire Foxes at Grace Road.
They will also be looking to gain revenge for a 29 run reversal by the Jets in the opening T20 Blast match of the campaign.
