DALISO CHAPONDA

2017 Britains Got Talent Finalist & Golden Buzzer winner Daliso Chaponda regularly performs across Africa and in the UK. He is a versatile comedian and in one week performed a set in Silhouettes Strip Club in Birmingham and then, two days later, did an all-ages one hour show about faith and family at the 2007 Greenbelt Christian Festival. ‘Everything is funny,’ he told a reporter from iafrica.com. ‘Why restrict yourself?’.

Daliso has also been known to jump on planes and tell jokes anywhere on the globe (even on the planes – whether the passenger next to him wants to listen or not). He has been part of the Melbourne, Montreal, Edinburgh and Cape Town Festivals.

“It takes a special kind of act to work on both sides of the Atlantic (as well as across Africa), but it seems an easy transition as he compels the crowd with his socially insightful comedy.”
News and Star, England

“One of the finest, funniest and most fair-minded comic commentators on race and post-colonial integration that I have seen”
THREE WEEKS, SCOTLAND

“Full of extravagant gestures and impassioned speeches. He inspires whoops and cheers from his watchers. Highly recommended”
BBC TEES, ENGLAND

PATRICK MONAHAN

Patrick Monahan started on the glamourous Irish/Iranian/Geordie circuit in his native homeland of the northeast of England before being invited to perform all over the world from as far away as the Adelaide Fringe Comedy festival 2011 in Australia, to Dubai, Doha, Abu Dabhi, Barbados, St Lucia, St Vincent, Spain, France, Luxembourg, Estonia, Ireland, Germany, to the Edinburgh International Festival and various venues and comedy clubs up and down the UK, including the Royal Albert Hall in London!

‘A star-in-the-making.’
Daily Telegraph

‘Twinkle-toed, mischievous…Monahan raised the roof’.
The Sun

‘Bright young talent…high energy and conviction, his material is great; he’s going to go far’.
Sunday Times

TONY VINO

Preston’s very own funnyman. Tony Vino (**** The Scotsman) has been touring the comedy scene since early 2005. Well aware of social and political issues he mixes friendly well thought out observational humour with audience interaction and quick-witted responses. A finalist in 2006 Funny Bones competition, Tony has enjoyed recognition as a comedian and comedy compere of renown. His life and interests are wide-ranging, and so is the subject matter he weaves together on stage.

“A Great Show the assured Tony Vino copes with a mixed audience well.”
Kate Copstic, The Scotsman

“Uplifting style, great delivery and consistently funny throughout.”
BBC Manchester
