It’s a case of three down and one to go with the summer of memorable outdoor events at New Road.
Music superstar Olly Murs, film classic The Jungle Book and the weekend Last Night Of The Proms have provided a varied bill for lovers of entertainment.
And now in just under three weeks time on Saturday, September 9 comes the Concert Of Legends.
After the success of last summer’s Legends extravaganza – head-lined by UB40 and Lulu – this year’s bill is equally as exciting for music-goers.
Billy Ocean, Paul Carrack, the Boomtown Rats with Sir Bob Geldof, Ray Lewis’ Drifters, Odyssey, N-Trance and Livin’ Joy will cater for a wide range of tastes.
It adds up to dozens and dozens of top 10 hits – many of which will be belted out during the 11 hour concert.
The concert gets underway at 12 noon and continues through to 11pm.
Early Bird adult tickets are still available priced £40, Early Bird junior tickets for £10 and a Family Ticket – for two adults and two juniors – costing £80.
All tickets – plus hospitable packages – can be booked via the link on the Worcestershire CCC website.
