🇦🇺 Taylor Cornall – Adelaide CC, Australia

Worcestershire opener, Taylor Cornall, smashed a superb 155 for Adelaide in their South Australia Cricket Association One-Day Cup match against Northern Districts.

The left-hander struck four sixes and ten fours in his 155-ball innings to help Adelaide total 314-6 in their 50 overs.

Cornall continued the promising form he had shown for Worcestershire in last season’s One Day Cup.

He shared in stands of 87 with Logaish Shivakumar (41), 63 with Josh Pengelley (46) and 79 with Matthew Barnes (30).

Cornall was finally run out to bring his excellent knock to an end.

He then chipped in with two wickets with his left-arm spin and finished with figures of 7-0-34-2, whilst Dillon Pennington (8.2-1-48-1) also picked up a wicket.

But Jack Scrivens (121) and former Worcestershire player Jacques Banton (80) were the main contributors for Northern Districts, who won by four wickets with four balls to spare.

Cornall and Pennington were also in action for Adelaide on day one of the SACA first grade encounter with Woodville.

Pennington bowled 16 overs for 40 runs as Woodville totalled 333-5 declared, and Cornall will resume next weekend on six not out after Adelaide closed on 6-1.

🇦🇺 Adam Finch – Sturt CC, Australia

Adam Finch picked up two wickets for Sturt on the opening day of the SACA first grade meeting with East Torrens.

Finch dismissed Cooper Luke (0) with only a single on the board.

He returned to the attack to also account for Gloucestershire batter Tom Lace (57) and ended with figures of 14-3-40-2.

East Torrens closed on 267-4, with play to continue next weekend.

Finch scored seven not out when Sturt were bowled out for just 33 in 14.4 overs in a SACA One-Day Cup match with Port Adelaide.

He picked up 1-14 as Port Adelaide won by seven wickets, reaching 34-3 in six overs.

🇿🇦Gareth Roderick – Green Point, South Africa

Gareth Roderick’s excellent form continued for Green Point in steering them to a four-wicket win over Kraaifontein in a Western Province Premier Division fixture.

Green Point captain Roderick returned from illness and struck an unbeaten 63 from 101 balls with six boundaries as his side chased down a 163 target in 43.2 overs to win by four wickets.

It was Rodreick’s sixth half-century in 12 knocks for Green Point this winter, and he has scored 572 runs at an average of 63.55.

He came in at 25-2 and put on 59 for the fifth wicket with Gerry Van Vuuren (27) before completing the task himself.

Roderick had put Kraaifontein into bat, and they were bowled out for 162 in 44.1 overs.

🇿🇦 Pat Brown – St. Augustine, South Africa

Pat Brown returned 5-0-15-2 to help St. Augustine defeat Blue Bells by four wickets in a Western Province ‘B’ Division game reduced to 25 overs per side.

Brown bowled three overs for 11 runs in his first spell and came back into the attack to dismiss Azmie Tregonning (0) and Gaarith Sambo (29).

Blue Bells finished on 136-7, and Brown then scored six not out to help St. Augustine over the finishing line.

They reached 139-6 with eight balls to spare.

🇦🇺 Ben Gibbon – Willetton CC, Australia

Ben Gibbon’s side, Willetton, gained an outright victory over Subiaco Floreat after dismissing them twice in a Western Australia Cricket Association first grade day-two match.

Gibbon had figures of 5-2-11-0 as Subiaco-Florea were dismissed for 88 in reply to Willetton’s 163 all out in their first innings. 

Willetton then declared on 135-3 in their second innings to set their opponents a 211 target.

Gibbon came on first change and dismissed Baily Gregson (0).

He had final figures of 5-3-7-1 as Subiaco Floreat were skittled for 61.

🇦🇺 Henry Cullen – Plenty Valley CC, Australia

Henry Cullen fell for a first ball duck as Plenty Valley were bowled out for 134 on day one of the Victoria Cricket Association meeting with Brighton CC.

He was one of the five victims of Peter Cassidy (5-36).

Cullen took one catch behind the stumps to dismiss Ricky Damiano (45) as Brighton closed on 97-2.
