Skipper Daryl Mitchell has called for the "same again" approach from Worcestershire when they take on Glamorgan at the Swalec Stadium starting on Sunday.
Worcestershire have emerged as early leaders in Division Two of the LV = County Championship with two wins and 56 points from their opening three games.
Disciplined bowling and consistent batting was the cornerstone of the innings win over Derbyshire at New Road this week.
Mitchell said: "It was a immaculate performance from ball one, and to force a result in less than three days actual playing time was a fantastic effort from all the lads.
"The way the guys played, obviously confidence is high at the moment, and the batters went out on the third day and expressed themselves and played fantastically well.
"It set it up for the bowlers to do their job which they did brilliantly.
"There are some good sides in Division Two and Glamorgan are one of them. It's a case about concentrating on what we do.
"We've just got to keep doing the things we've been doing, not change a lot really.
"It's about the bowlers keep banging the top of off stump and the batters keep trying to bat long and build those partnerships which cricket is all about.
"It sounds simple but often the best sides are the ones who do the simple things really well. That's all we try and do – and when you have got Saeed (Ajmal) in the team, you can win from any position.
