Worcestershire Seconds will help to mark the 175th anniversary of Bromsgrove Cricket Club with a match at their Aston Fields headquarters tomorrow(Sunday).
A side consisting of established Seconds players and promising Academy products will feature in a T20 match which will get underway at 4pm.
All-rounder Alex Hepburn will captain the Seconds with Joe Dodd keeping wicket.
Bromsgrove Cricket Club was established in 1842 and currently play in the Birmingham and District Premier League.
Worcestershire players who have played for the club include Stephen Peters, Nadeem Malik, Kadeer Ali and, currently, Alexei Kervezee.
The T20 fixture will be highlight of a festival of cricket which will run throughout the day before an evening of live music and Caribbean themed food.
