Saeed Ajmal will play for the MCC against the Rest Of The World in a star studded line-up at Lord's on Saturday as part of the celebrations to mark the 200th anniversary of cricket first being played on the ground.
The Worcestershire star will be in action at the home of cricket either side of the county's NatWest T20 Blast matches with Yorkshire and Lancashire at New Road on Friday and Sunday respectively.
The line-ups for the two games read like a who's who of cricket with Sachin Tendulkar skippering the MCC and Shane Warne the Rest Of The World in the 50 over contest which is a sell-out.
Worcestershire skipper Daryl Mitchell has already played his part in the Lord's 200th anniversary celebrations.
He played for the MCC against Hertfordshire at Lord's on June 22 in a repeat of the first fixture to be played on the ground in 1814.
Ajmal will go into the game in prime form after taking 56 wickets in eight LV County Championship matches for Worcestershire this season.
