RIKI WESSELS SELECTS WINNER OF FOURTH WORCESTERSHIRE CCC ULTIMATE QUIZ

the entries have again poured in during the past few days for our fourth worcestershire ccc ‘ultimate quiz’ and the chance to win a £25 voucher to spend in the county’s new online club shop.

members and supporters have been showing their vast knowledge of the county in questions encompassing many decades.

a high percentage of entrants have scored heavily and worcestershire ccc opener daryl mitchell registered nine out of ten correct answers.

question two, asking which worcestershire ccc academy player won 75 england caps, proved the most challenging with the answer being goalkeeper joe hart who was rated good enough by the late academy director, damian d’oliveira, to play county cricket.

riki wessels today chose the winner, sally dobbins and she can use the £25 retail voucher to choose from a wide range of official club merchandise including worcestershire ccc and rapids branded clothing plus accessories for adults and juniors.

there are more than 70 items in stock – including the option to pre-order to new playing shirts – and many more products will become available to purchase during the forthcoming weeks.
