Worcestershire Rapids will visit Somerset on Wednesday, August 17 for their Royal London One-Day Cup quarter-final.
The match will be shown live on Sky Sports and will get underway at Taunton at 11am.
If Worcestershire are triumphant in that tie, they will then visit either Essex or Warwickshire in the semi-finals.
The Rapids qualified for the last eight by virtue of finishing fourth in the North Group after Monday's win away to Notts Outlaws.
Somerset finished top of the South Group, confirming their position after defeating Hampshire by five runs yesterday evening at the Ageas Bowl and Essex's wash-out away to Gloucestershire.
Worcestershire Director of Cricket Steve Rhodes said: "We are delighted to get an opportunity and it is one game at a time now.
"We have got nothing to lose. We are definitely going to be underdogs which is a great position to be in.
"We know we can beat anyone on the day. We have won at Headingley, Trent Bridge and Durham in the competition and defeated Lancashire at home – four sides who play on Test grounds."
Warwickshire will entertain Essex in the other August 17 quarter-final at Edgbaston (11am start).
Then on August 18 Northamptonshire will play host to Surrey (1.30pm) and in the live TV clash, Kent will face Yorkshire at Canterbury.
