Worcestershire Rapids will seal a spot in the knockout stages of the Royal London One-Day Cup with a victory in either of their final two games.
The second placed Rapids have collected nine points from their opening six matches and are just one point behind leaders Yorkshire Vikings.
And two points from the clashes with Durham Jets at New Road tomorrow or Derbyshire Falcons at the 3aaa County Ground on Tuesday will ensure a top three spot.
The winners of the North Group and South Groups will automaticaly qualify for the semi-finals.
Then the second team in the North Group will entertain the third team in the South Group and the second team in the South Group will host the third team in the North Group to determine the other two semi-final spots.
Durham have an identical points record to the Rapids but have had two points deducted alongside their Championship demotion and 48 points deducted.
Rhodes, who has named an unchanged squad, said: "They had a really good win on Thursday evening against Notts so they will be in good spirits.
"It will be up to us to have a really good solid game again.
"Durham are a very dangerous team and Paul Collingwood played a fantastic innings against Notts.
"Let's hope he is not on form on Sunday."
The County's all-rounder John Hastings will face his former team-mates for the first time whilst Moeen Ali will play the final game of his current spell with Worcestershire before reverting to England duty.
