worcestershire rapids head coach kevin sharp has named a 13 strong squad for tomorrow’s royal london one-day cup match with lancashire lightning at New Road (11am start).
the county have made one change from the players selected for the successive away matches with yorkshire vikings and durham jets.
moeen ali is available for the first time this season after his six week stint in the indian premier league.
the 30-year-old was able to play in five of last season’s north group matches and the semi-final with surrey either side of his england commitments.
all-rounder george rhodes drops out of the 13 from the rapids squad chosen for the away double header.
worcestershire are lying in third spot in the nine-team table after their narrow setback against durham via the duckworth-lewis method.
they are one point ahead of lancashire – the only side to defeat them in the group stages last summer.
